Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We are currently only serving cities of Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Note: We do our best to get the product to you. But in situation where customers don’t provide or provide false details of delivery location then the product will be left at the entrance of the property or the entrance of the building. Our company won’t take responsibility of loss or damage caused in the situation. Refund policy will completely depend upon the situation and store manager’s decision.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are usually between 11AM till 8PM for pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Also please call the respective store before you come to the store.

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@reclix.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If any issues please send us email at support@reclix.com or call to the respective store for help. Exchanges are accepted if the product is returned to the store in the perfect condition without any damage. Customer will be responsible for bringing up the product to the store.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@reclix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. At this point we are not accepting any returns.
